Background
Founder members, Sharon Cole and Lucy Horner had been working within the contract catering industry for over 30 years.
Their vision for the Company was that it would offer a fresh approach, delivering catering solutions with enthusiasm, passion and a genuine commitment to the customer.
They also wanted to create a Company that was large enough to be able to service all sizes of business, yet not so large that it could not be flexible and adapt to clients needs.
With these ideals in mind, Zest was formed.

Established in 2002, Zest has gone from strength-to-strength, rapidly becoming a highly respected provider within the marketplace.
The Company operates throughout England and Wales, with clients of varying sizes, from a multitude of sectors. These include many corporate organisations, as well as a large number of businesses from the automotive, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, media and education sectors.
Zest is one of a handful of companies of its kind to offer fully web enabled, computerised management systems; allowing clients to benefit from access to all areas of their operational costs, rather than just those their supplier wants them to see.
Whilst food services management is the core business activity of Zest, the Company also offers certain facilities management solutions to supplement clients' food services contracts.
